ingredients

  • 2 LBS small carrots, washed and peeled

  • 1 small head of garlic, cut in half horizontally

  • 2 WHOLE BAY LEAVES

  • Salt

  • 1 T butter

  • 2 T BALSAMIC GLAZE

  • 2 tsp PARSLEY FLAKES

DIRECTIONS

Place carrots in a sauté pan large enough for them to fit in one layer, add garlic, BAY LEAVES and enough water to cover. Add a generous sprinkling of salt and let come to a boil over medium heat. Once it boils, cover and let cook until carrots are tender, 10-15 min depending on size of your carrots. Drain. Place pan back on stove over low heat. Add butter to pan, let melt then add carrots back and toss gently to coat. Drizzle generously with BALSAMIC GLAZE and garnish with PARSLEY FLAKES.
