A smooth orange concentrated soup paste base with sweet and savory carrot and onion notes imparting characteristic mirepoix vegetable flavor profile at a low sodium level.  Use in place of regular broth and stocks in your signature soups to add robust flavor. Mix with butter and select seasonings and rub onto choice cuts of beef, lamb, or poultry.
